conditions and availability. Most of these traditional building materials have been used across the globe
with more or less the same composition of their mixtures along with the applications. Loss of
indigenous knowledge into more focused areas of expertise has resulted in the disappearance of
discernment and awareness of these traditional building materials. For an understanding in the context
of historical significance and the modern usage of Eggs as a building material, a study has been made
to understand the relevance of the subject in the aspects of science and technology.
